3. Marketing Rights Relating to Projects
Veeksha Construction has the right to use construction-related photographs, videos, drawings, project descriptions, and other relevant project information for marketing and promotional purposes relating to its construction services.
This may include publishing construction progress and completed building content on social media and other marketing platforms.
Where client-specific confidential information is involved, the applicable client agreement or written understanding will take precedence.
4. Construction Services and Quotation Approval
Construction services will be provided after the client has reviewed and approved the applicable quotation for the requested and legitimate construction service.
The approved quotation forms the basis for the scope of work, pricing, specifications, and other agreed construction requirements.
The client will be responsible for making payments according to the approved quotation and agreed payment schedule.
5. Changes, Upgrades and Additional Work
The quotation is prepared based on the scope, drawings, specifications, requirements, and information available at the time of estimation.
If the client subsequently requests changes, upgrades, additions, deviations, or additional features that were not included in the original approved quotation, the additional work may result in additional costs.
Examples may include:
- ✔️ Changes to the approved plan or drawing
- ✔️ Plan deviations requested by the client
- ✔️ Additional rooms or areas
- ✔️ Upgraded materials
- ✔️ Additional electrical or plumbing requirements
- ✔️ Additional civil work
- ✔️ Additional architectural features
- ✔️ Changes in finishes
- ✔️ Additional interior features
- ✔️ Any other work outside the original quotation
Where applicable, a variation quotation or revised quotation will be prepared for the additional work and associated cost.
The additional work will be subject to the client's approval.
6. Revision of Estimate
An estimate may be revised if the client's requirements, ideas, specifications, design preferences, or construction expectations differ from the scope and specifications considered while preparing the original quotation.
Any substantial change in scope or specification may require a revised quotation.
7. Project Timeline
The estimated construction timeline, where applicable, will be mentioned in the quotation or project agreement.
The timeline is based on the assumptions, scope, payment schedule, material availability, site conditions, approvals, client decisions, and other factors applicable to the project.
If construction is delayed due to circumstances attributable to the client, including financial difficulties, delayed payments, delayed decisions, delayed approvals, changes in requirements, or technical/design decisions from the client side, the project completion timeline may be extended.
Where such delays result in additional project costs, including increases in material prices, labour costs, transportation costs, or other project-related expenses, such additional costs may be payable by the client.
8. Market-Based Pricing and Price Variation
Construction pricing is based on prevailing market conditions, including the cost of materials, labour wages, transportation, and other construction-related expenses at the time of estimation.
Material prices and labour costs may change due to market conditions and inflation.
In the event of war, armed conflict, civil unrest, sanctions, government restrictions, or any other extraordinary event that causes rapid price increases or high inflation, Veeksha Construction may revise the applicable project pricing to reflect the increased cost of materials, labour, transportation, and other construction-related expenses. Any such revision will be communicated to the client and may be incorporated into a revised quotation or variation quotation before the affected work proceeds.
Where applicable, price revisions or variations may be incorporated into the quotation or variation quotation in accordance with the agreed terms of the project.
9. War, Armed Conflict and Suspension of Construction
If war is declared in India, or if an ongoing war or armed conflict outside India materially affects the availability or cost of materials, labour, transportation, fuel, imports, supply chains, or other construction-related expenses, and such circumstances cause prices to increase rapidly, Veeksha Construction may temporarily suspend or hold construction work until the relevant war or extraordinary situation has ended or stabilised.
The construction timeline will be extended for the period of such suspension and any additional period reasonably required to restart the work.
After the situation has ended or stabilised, if the prices of materials, labour, transportation, or other construction-related expenses have not returned to the levels applicable when the original quotation was approved, the additional amount resulting from such increased costs shall be payable by the client. Veeksha Construction will communicate the applicable additional costs to the client and may issue a revised quotation or variation quotation before resuming the affected work.
10. Final Measurement and Additional Construction
The construction quantity and built-up area are generally estimated based on the approved drawings, measurements, specifications, and scope available at the time of quotation.
After completion of construction, the constructed building may be measured again.
If the final measurement differs from the measurement or area considered in the original drawing or quotation and results in additional construction or additional measurable work, the corresponding additional cost shall be payable by the client.
11. Client Payment Responsibility
Once a quotation has been approved by the client, the client is responsible for making the agreed payments according to the approved quotation and payment schedule.
Failure or delay in payment may affect construction progress, procurement, labour deployment, and the project timeline.
Additional costs arising from client-related payment delays may be applicable where permitted under the project agreement.
12. Third-Party Approvals
Veeksha Construction does not interfere with or assume responsibility for approvals, permissions, connections, or procedures that are required to be obtained directly from third-party authorities or service providers, unless specifically agreed in writing as part of the contracted scope.
This may include, where applicable:

- ✔️ Water board or water connection approvals
- ✔️ Planning approvals
- ✔️ Government permissions
- ✔️ Authority approvals
- ✔️ Other statutory or third-party permissions

Past project information should not automatically be interpreted as a quotation, guarantee, or representation that the same specifications, price, timeline, or result will apply to another project.
